How to take a chill pill
I've been overly anxious overly worked and overly stressed. Instead of taking a seat I've been adding more and more to my work load to keep my mind busy and off of my problems. By doing this I've only mad my self more stressed and have burnt myself out. Trying to live this adult life is crazy and if you don't get a grip on it your always going to be stressed. Here are a couple things I have done to calm that ass down and just ( yeah I know I'm about to say it) RELAX.
1. Put away your crazy todo list! Everything on there can't be done in one day so one day not staring it down is not going to kill you. Don't look at it don't think about it washing your clothes tomorrow isn't going to kill you.
2. Take a nap. I've found my self up all hours of the night, you guessed it writing to do lists for the next day. Tomorrow is your day off go to bed!
3. On this day off treat your self, go get your nails done. Go sit in the bath with bubbles light a candle. You can even just sit down and breath.
I've been stressing out for about three weeks to the point were I was forced to take a day off because I stressed my self into physical sickness. I was sent home and I left my planner at work for three days. When I finally came back to work I was relaxed and ready to take on anything. Crossed out all the unnecessary things in my journal and planned out the important things.
